Overview
Much like an XBOX Live subscription when you purchace Throttle Tokens they are virtual which become activated and are live. All purchases are final and will not be refunded.
Non-refundable services:
- Customized Server space
- Downloadable software tools
Virtual Purchases
Late or missing Throttle points
If you haven’t received your Tokens yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your points are officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your tokens are posted.
Gifts
Gifts can only be exchanged through the third-party software.
